ABOUT SCOTT

A strength coach who had to find his own anchor strength first.

Before I ever coached a client or wrote a book, I was the guy who looked one way on the outside and misaligned on the inside. This isn't a résumé. It's how I got unstuck — and why I built the rest of my life around helping people do the same.

The years that looked like a win.

From the outside, my life had the shape of success — the positions, the credentials, the stories you'd tell at a dinner party. Underneath, it was coming apart. I filed for bankruptcy. I walked through more than one failed marriage. And there were stretches when, despite a Master's degree and a professional career, I couldn't provide for my own family.

By the fall of 2008, it had all come due. I was a husband and a father with an infant daughter, an unstable income, no savings, a mortgage I couldn't pay, and a marriage falling apart. I was about to lose everything that mattered to me. So I walked away from the work I loved to keep the lights on, scrubbing strangers' toilets on my hands and knees. All I wanted was to reawaken my purpose and get my life back.

I didn't climb out by fixing what was wrong with me.

I climbed out by going back to the one thing I was built for — and rebuilding around it. I stopped focusing on my weaknesses. I found my anchor strength. And I aimed it at what actually mattered.

I learned this the first time on a sweltering Florida field — a young coach who didn't look the part, telling genetic freaks how to get faster. The moment I showed them a real result, nobody cared what I looked like anymore. When you demonstrate your strength, people stop caring about your weakness — and you no longer have to justify your worth. That truth has held in every field, weight room, and corner office since.

30+ years. Same truth, every room.

I've spent three decades as a human performance coach — training NFL Draft prospects, world-class competitors, special forces operators, and corporate executives. Names you'd recognize have trusted me with their performance, their careers, and the harder question underneath: what am I actually built for?

That's the question all of this is written to answer.

My strength.

I help people who sense they're built for more — whether they look successful or feel stuck — find their anchor strength, cut the weaknesses draining them, and build a life that runs on what they were designed to do. The book is the entry point. Coaching and other offerings are how we do the deeper work together.

You haven't missed your chance. You just haven't taken it yet.
