FOR THE ONE WHO'S DONE EVERYTHING RIGHT — AND STILL FEELS FLAT
You can name five weaknesses in ten seconds. Now name one strength — without hedging. That pause is the Curse of Average, and it's costing you more than you think. You were never built to be well-rounded. You were built to be powerful at one thing. Let's go find it.

Don't chase best. Be the only.
From the outside, you won. The career, the title, the family, the life you were told to want. But you give your best hours to work that depletes you of your wiring — and you come home with what's left.
You don't need to be fixed. You need permission to stop trying to be good at everything — and a plan to build around what you're actually built for.
THE BIG IDEA
The greatest performers never erased their flaws — they made them irrelevant. Teams win championships by dominating one side of the ball. Tom Brady never got faster; he got deeper. Warren Buffett built a system around what he did best. Sara Blakely ran on unshakable conviction. None of them got balanced. They got dominant at the one thing only they could do.
That's not just a sports story. That's the whole game. Don't chase best. Be the only.
THE METHOD
Three moves. The same three that pulled my own life out of the fire.
Before you fix a single thing, you scout yourself. Not the résumé version — the real one. Buried in there is the one strength nearly every good thing in your life traces back to. Name it. Start treating it like a weapon instead of an accessory.
Most of what you call weakness is just noise. Run it through the ACE Framework — Accept what's here to stay, Contain what you can manage, Eliminate what's quietly draining you. Triage it and move on. The chain holding you back isn't your flaws. It's the obligation to keep fighting them.
Now you've got a clean weapon and a clear path. Aim it. Point your anchor strength at what actually matters and build the flywheel — momentum that compounds until it starts carrying you. Motivation runs out. Purpose doesn't.

MEET SCOTT
I've filed for bankruptcy. Walked through failed marriages. I was burned out and left a career I invested everything into. I scrubbed strangers' toilets — years after catching practice balls from Dan Marino. I didn't climb out by fixing everything wrong with me. I climbed out by going back to the one thing I was built for, and rebuilding around it.
For 30+ years I've trained everyone from NFL athletes and special forces operators to executive high performers and everyday people. The truth held everywhere: demonstrate your strength, and people stop caring about your weakness. That's the work I now do with you.

THE BOOK
The Curse of Average is where it starts — a low-stakes way in, no call, no commitment. A wake-up call and a working playbook for breaking the chain, finding your anchor strength, and building a life around what only you were designed to do.
